About the role Managing customer accounts and building relationships with regular buyers from existing database of online and physical store retailers/shop ownersProviding excellent customer service in the showroom and online channels, selling full range of styles to B2B clienteleMaximising sales with excellent product knowledge and upsellingSending personalised text and email recommendationsResponding to emails and answering phone calls, following up on ordersProcessing orders and creating invoicesProviding feedback to management and design teams on stock levels, bestsellers and customer feedbackMerchandising the showroom and front window mannequin displaysAchieving set weekly/monthly KPIsRequirements Passionate about delivering high standard in customer servicePossesses excellent communication and people skillsHas the ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customersAbility to multi task and be an all-rounderProven sales experienceBe self-motivated and able to work independentlyDemonstrate great organisation, planning and time management skillsStrong work ethic and positive can-do attitudeYou are required to have at least 2 years of customer service/sales experience.
