About the Opportunity Based out of Sydney's CBD, our client is seeking a Sales Account Manager to help them with continued growth by establishing and fostering strong partnerships with clients and prospecting new opportunities.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this opportunity will be perfect for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career with a long-term view of working in education sales. An ideal role for someone with direct selling or customer service background.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the following: Managing the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and qualifying, through to converting and closing.Building relationships with an existing and established customer base.Presenting solutions to qualified leads.Managing your customer pipeline and forecasting revenue.Achieving sales targets, KPI's and budgets.Completing sales paperwork and administration.Working collaboratively in a small sales team environment.Effectively capturing all business activities via the company's CRM system (SoHo).Handling initial inquiries from interested prospects via phone, email or in-person.Coordinating loyalty and up-sell opportunities.About You This is a permanent opportunity with many possibilities of growth if you are willing to dedicate yourself and produce results. To be successful in this role you will have:
