Most Australians know very little about superannuation, which is exactly why we're here.We provide full training and we have a network of award-winning, licensed financial advisers who take care of all the technical stuff. Your focus will be on building relationships and connecting clients with the right experts to help them grow their super.What will my days look like?Your day will be diverse and engaging, based on your unique strengths. You could be conducting research for clients, helping to generate new business, or offering support to our advice team. We believe that by paying staff well, we attract better talent which leads to better service for our clients.We pay a base salary, along with generous bonuses and profit share for those that provide a great client experience and quality service.The average income for a new Client Manager in their first year is around $120,000 to $180,000. If you have previous sales experience and you're a fast learner, we have Client Managers that make over $180,000 in their first year.Once you complete your initial training, we offer a formal profit share arrangement to help you grow your income, year after year. We have found our profit share arrangement not only helps our team make more money, but more importantly, it leads to happier clients.With our team on profit share, they are more than just salespeople—they are aligned with the success of our business.
