The Role The successful candidate will be a passionate Sales Account Manager who thrives on building and maintaining strategic mutually beneficial relationships with their dealer network which extends from Metro Melbourne to North-East Victoria. You will have demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding key performance targets.
Key Responsibilities include: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with your dealer network to maximise sales growth and market share.Meet and exceed key performance targets, including sales objectives.Collaborate with Commercial and New Business teams to maximise territory growth opportunities.Identify and execute opportunities to expand the STIHL brand within existing Dealers.Implement Local Area Marketing for each dealer.Maintain timely, accurate and comprehensive CRM notes.Regular travel within metro Melbourne and regional Victoria.Tertiary or Diploma qualification in a related field or demonstrated extensive experience in a similar role.Customer focused with proven customer relationship skills.Proven ability to grow accounts and meet set objectives.Ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders internal and external.Strong written and verbal comprehension and communication skills.Strong organisational abilities, including time management and prioritizing.Strategic mindset with strong analytical, problem solving and reporting abilities.If this sounds like your next opportunity we would love to hear from you.
