Why you will love this opportunity as Sales Account Manager at CivicaAs a Sales Account Manager in our Education team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and growing existing customers across Australia through extension selling of our solutions. You will be working across our education solutions and be a customer champion and trusted advisor.
You will act as a key contact for resolving queries for customers and be a champion for their business needs. This role will see you formulate and implement strategic business plans for client accounts and canvass new product ideas across our customer base. Travel across Australia will be required from time to time.
What you will do to be successful in this roleDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to foster customer loyalty and retention.Grow and develop existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and critical business priorities.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that clearly articulate our solutions and value propositions.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product management, to align strategies and drive results.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to position Civica effectively.Assist customers in navigating our products and solutions, ensuring optimal use and satisfaction.Demonstrate a strategic sales approach, with a focus on consultative selling and customer success.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.We really do want you to bring your whole self to work.
