As Sale Manager, you'll play a vital role in keeping the saleyard operations running smoothly while helping grow relationships, implement advanced technologies, and drive operational excellence.
The Role Based in Dubbo, you'll oversee saleyard contracts across Dubbo, Forbes, and Dunedoo, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Working closely with senior leaders and a dynamic team, your responsibilities will include:
Organising and executing livestock sales, adopting advanced technology for efficiency, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.Building a motivated team, mentoring staff, and fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.Ensuring client satisfaction through professional interactions, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service.Collaborating with the State Manager, gaining hands-on experience at other locations, and contributing to strategic goals.What We're Looking For
