Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations and excellent customer service.
Duties Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination of sales activitiesManage and respond to customer inquiries via phone and emailMaintain and update sales records and customer databasesPrepare sales reports and presentations using Google Suite and QuickBooksCoordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsSupport the team with clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparationSkills Proficient in Google Suite for creating reports and presentationsFamiliarity with QuickBooks for managing sales transactionsStrong clerical skills with excellent phone etiquetteAbility to computerise efficiently and type accuratelyAdministrative capabilities with exceptional organisational skillsOffice management experience is advantageousCompetent in data entry to maintain accurate recordsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: £18,192.80-£39,000.00 per year
