About the role
The Salary Packaging Officer will provide customer-focused Salary Packaging services to all Barwon Health employees, ensuring that all benefits provided to staff are administrated and reimbursed in accordance with the Barwon Health Salary Packaging Guidelines, Procedures, and Taxation Legislation. The incumbent will need to:
Provide superior customer service to all Barwon Health employees Assist in the implementation of standardised guidelines regarding the processing of Salary Packaging Promote Salary Packaging to all Barwon Health employees About the culture
