Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, with 4-8 years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management (IDAM) solutions, specifically SailPoint IIQ.
Demonstrate expertise in the design, development, customization, configuration, and deployment of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) products, particularly SailPoint IIQ.
Understand and implement security enhancements aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Design, deploy, and integrate SailPoint IIQ with critical applications and infrastructure to ensure secure and seamless identity management.
Follow approved lifecycle methodologies, and create detailed design and testing documentation.
Interact and coordinate effectively with customers and stakeholders as required.
Assist operations teams in troubleshooting and resolving issues, while coordinating with the product engineering team for advanced support.
Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
Advanced Responsibilities: Provide technical pre-sales support to direct and partner sales teams.
Conduct competitive research to address reported issues effectively.
Design and implement integrations between SailPoint IIQ's security solutions and an organization's IT infrastructure, including cloud services, enterprise applications, and other systems.
Customize and configure SailPoint IIQ to meet specific organizational requirements, ensuring alignment with business processes and governance frameworks.
Design, develop, and manage enterprise roles within SailPoint IIQ, ensuring alignment with business processes, security policies, and compliance standards.
Perform role mining to identify and create optimal role models that accurately reflect job functions and access patterns.
Continuously assess and refine roles to accommodate organizational changes, enhancing efficiency and security.
Oversee the governance of access by defining and assigning roles to ensure appropriate access levels and adherence to the principle of least privilege.
Qualifications: 10-15+ years of experience in Cybersecurity with a strong focus on identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions.
In-depth knowledge of SailPoint IIQ platform architecture, functionality, and best practices for implementation and integration.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computing, or a related discipline.
