Responsibilities Work with key stakeholders to deliver improved management of significant safety risks, ensuring clear differentiation between high-consequence risks and common injury/claim risks Work with key stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement in people capability and S&S culture, and effective application of due diligence processes and performance reporting ·Analysis of risks and development of improvement plans in line with DuluxGroup and S&S Strategies Coordination of health and hygiene assessments, working with S&S Coordinator – Occupational Health Management of regulatory and licensing compliance Skills & Experience Well-developed verbal and written communication skills Strong influencing skills Project management experience Well-developed analytical and root-cause identification skills Resilience and adaptability Why DuluxGroup?
