With a large base, including retail, logistics and corporate sites, we can provide you with stability and variety in your role.About the RoleWe are currently seeking the services of reliable and experienced Safety & Security Officers to join our team in Victoria for positions in the Melbourne CBD. All positions are paid under the Security Services Industry Award - Level 4 which includes night, weekend and overtime loading.Full time positions available with paid training provided.The primary functions of this role will include, but are not limited to:Providing high quality customer service and supportGeneral security duties including administration tasks across multiple systems (CCTV, Gallagher, Simplex, Cyber Key)Programming of cards and keysSafety checking of buildings and surroundsBuilding and maintaining tenant and client relationshipsInteract with various stakeholders including client representatives, building and facilities management, contractors, emergency services, employees and the general publicResponding to medical situationsSkills and ExperienceTo be successful, you will have excellent verbal and written English skills with the ability to work flexible hours (24/7 rotating shifts - days, nights, afternoons & weekends).
