About the Role
We are currently seeking the services of reliable and experienced Safety & Security Officers to join our team in Victoria for positions in the Melbourne CBD. All positions are paid under the Security Services Industry Award - Level 4 which includes night, weekend and overtime loading.
Full time positions available with paid training provided.
The primary functions of this role will include, but are not limited to:
Providing high quality customer service and support General security duties including administration tasks across multiple systems (CCTV, Gallagher, Simplex, Cyber Key) Programming of cards and keys Safety checking of buildings and surrounds Building and maintaining tenant and client relationships Interact with various stakeholders including client representatives, building and facilities management, contractors, emergency services, employees and the general public Responding to medical situations Skills and Experience
To be successful, you will have excellent verbal and written English skills with the ability to work flexible hours (24/7 rotating shifts - days, nights, afternoons & weekends). You will also have excellent desktop and communication skills and have a passion for customer service delivery which will exceed client expectations and set the bar high.
Current Victorian Security Licence Current First Aid Certificate Minimum 1 year of control room experience would be preferred Ability to use varied Security, CCTV and Access Control Systems Team oriented nature and excellent communication skills The ability and confidence to respond to medical situations Excellent presentation and grooming Drive and motivation to improve services and processes as required High-level customer service focus with a "can-do" attitude Professional with excellent interpersonal skills and respectful attitude towards team members, customers and clients We are an equal opportunity employer open to candidates of varied backgrounds who can demonstrate the above skills and experience and are particularly interested in those that can start immediately.
