Job Description Key Responsibilities: Safety Leadership: Drive and enhance site SHE programs, ensuring compliance with corporate safety standards and regulatory requirements. Cultivate a safety-first culture across the organization. Health and Environmental Management: Implement effective practices to protect the health of employees and mitigate environmental impact, ensuring alignment with corporate policies. Security Oversight: Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive security protocols to safeguard employees, corporate information, and site assets. Continuous Improvement: Lead training and initiatives as part of our Integrated Continuous Improvement program, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency. Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with site management and various departments to effectively implement SHE strategies and compliance programs, leveraging team engagement for optimal results. The Successful Applicant Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Management, Science, HR or a related field. A minimum of 5 years' experience in SHE systems, legislation, and safe work practices within a corporate or regulatory environment. Strong understanding of SHE strategies, policies, and practices, with a background in manufacturing or related sectors. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for engaging diverse teams and stakeholders.
