About the role Based in Bunbury, the Safety & Quality Officer will work within the Clinical Operations Team, reporting to the Clinical Governance Coordinator.
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Safety & Quality Officer to join our team.
Our new team member will add value to our team whilst completing the tasks listed below:
Be the administrator for our quality management software - LogiqcMonitor compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and client expectationsOversee document review and control processesConduct safety audits and assign other internal audits to ensure adherence to established quality processesPrepare and maintain detailed records of quality issues, corrective actions, and continuous improvementsInvestigate and report on safety incidents (including clinical), ensuring corrective actions are implementedOversee the activity of the site-based Safety Reps in regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulationsPromote a culture of quality and safety throughout the organisationAbout you To be successful in this role, you will possess the skills and experience below:
