Your new role Our client is seeking a Qualified and Experienced Health and Safety team member who can carry out the below tasks: Maintain and update safety records and documents inclusive of safety procedures, policies and training
Coordinate safety training and induction programs Investigate incidents and mitigate future risks whilst ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that compliance measures are maintained and standardised
Develop safety standards for the project in accordance with the energy and construction sectors What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate would need to be aligned with the below:
Qualification in Health and Safety Strong understanding of Safety Legislation and adaptability towards the construction/energy Sectors Ability to lead audits, conduct incident investigations and contractor pre-mobilisation checks
Experience with Microsoft Office and preferably Safety Management software Ability to work autonomously What you'll get in return
