Are you an experienced Safety Officer looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant health project in regional New South Wales? Join our esteemed team at a leading construction firm known for its commitment to safety, quality, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain safety management systems and procedures on-site.
Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Provide safety training and support to all site personnel.
Collaborate with project management to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports and recommendations.
Promote a strong safety culture throughout the project team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Safety Officer in the construction industry, preferably in health-related projects.
Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., Cert IV in OH&S).
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
