Safety Officer

We have an exceptional opportunity for a Safety Officer to join our medical team. As a member of our medical team, you will be delivering high-quality healthcare services to children and their families.Job Locations: Big Springs Texas, Midland Texas, and Donna Texas.Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Purchase and maintain inventory of safety supplies.Auditing, implementing, and inspecting occupational safety and health systems, safety policies, guidelines, and processes.Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.Requirements:Education: Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering or Industrial Technology or related field preferred.Certification: Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Certification as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or Certified Health Physicist (CHP) preferred.Experience: Minimum of three (3)+ years of current experience in an occupational safety and/or health leadership role.Type of Contract: W-2 or 1099Hours per week: 40 per week (this could alter pending on operational needs)Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision, 401K plan, 401K matching, paid holidays, paid time off.Housing and Travel: Economy class flightOur selection process will involve assessing your qualifications and experience and ensuring your profile is complete as early as possible in the recruiting phase.
