About The Role We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead our health and safety initiatives across the entire organisation. This critical role ensures a safe working environment, compliance with legislation, and promotes a proactive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures.Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations.Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.Provide training and guidance to teams on safety best practices.Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve safety systems.Report on safety metrics and deliver regular updates to leadership.About You To be successful in this role, do you possess:
