By raising your hand, fostering relationships, and seizing the moment, you can take control of your own unique path.Welcome to the Primary Connect Safety TeamAs the Safety Management & Governance Lead for the South West Region, you will support Distribution Centres throughout Victoria, South Australia & Western Australia, as well as the Primary Connect+ and Store Delivery transport teams. There will be regular (not often) interstate travel for this role. You will be accountable for the development, implementation and auditing of the Primary Connect Safety, Wellbeing and Environment (SWE) Safety Management System. You will coach and support operational managers to embed the Safety Management System at their site, to help ensure our teams think safe, work safe and are home safe. You will also support the rollout of associated programs and initiatives, in line with the annual SWE Strategic Plan. In addition, you will play a key role in delivering an assurance program for external Primary Connect partners to ensure their compliance with relevant legislation, standards, obligations and contractual requirements.
