Overseeing 3 sites locally and one in AdelaideManaging the lifecycle of the employeesProviding HR advice across the businessDevelop and launch HR best practice strategies, policies, and proceduresDevelop, implement and launch best practice WHS programs and initiativesIdentify and assess hazards, risks, and control measuresConduct toolbox safety talksDevelop, implement and maintain Return to Work programAbout you: Bachelor of Business (HR/WHS or equivalent)Return to Work CertificateCurrent Drivers LicenseStrong HR & WHS experience, ideally within manufacturingExcellent communications both written and verbalExperience of injury management and workers compensation and return to workExperience with Fair Work Australia and Australian employment lawStrong understanding of Work Health and Safety legislation across all statesAll Rights Reserved | West Recruitment Pty Ltd
