About the Role The Safety, Health & Wellbeing (SH&W) Management Systems Specialist, reporting to the SHW Systems & Assurance Manager, will play a crucial role in the development and roll out of a modernised safety management system.
The focus is to be a contemporary, decluttered and easily accessible integrated platform.
This role involves providing expert advice and support to ensure adherence to contemporary safety practices and compliance with legislative requirements.
The Specialist is responsible for developing and enhancing SH&W procedures, maintaining the SH&W Share Point space, collaborating with teams and contractors to improve systems, administering the Critical Risk program, and supporting the preparation and analysis of safety data.
Additionally, this role provides guidance to leaders and employees, fostering a culture of safety within the organisation.
About You You will be a key player in driving safety initiatives, with a hands-on approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
You will bring a strong background in safety management system development, with the ability to translate complex safety requirements into practical guidance for the workforce.
