Job Description
12 month fixed term contract
A supportive and collaborative work environment
The Role
Assisting with the coordination and administration of health and safety programs.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to safety, health, and environmental activities.
Supporting the team with data entry, report generation, and analysis of safety metrics.
Coordinating meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking, and liaising with internal stakeholders to provide administrative support as required.
Contributing to the development of safety communication materials.
Desired Skills and Experience
Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations is advantageous.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
