They are focused on guidance, rehabilitation, and positive change.Your Opportunity:Are you a motivated and detail-oriented Safety, Health, and Wellbeing (SHW) Administration Officer ready to join a new team? In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring effective case management, data accuracy, and records maintenance. You'll assist in implementing wellbeing initiatives and contribute to a safe work environment for staff.Key Responsibilities:Team Support: Assist the SHW Principal Advisor and team with safety, injury management, and wellbeing initiatives for the detention centre.Records and Data Management: Establish, maintain, and update records, registers, spreadsheets, and data management systems to enhance team efficiency.Administrative Systems: Develop and maintain office systems to ensure high-quality service delivery, providing accurate and relevant information to stakeholders.Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster positive outcomes in safety, health, and wellbeing.Administrative Duties Include:WorkCover case administration and advisor assistanceBasic medical expenses case managementInjury review support and weekly medical certificate managementPre-employment WorkCover medical reviews and data uploadsManaging records, archiving, and WHS Committee supportAbout YouSkills and Qualifications Required:Administrative Expertise: Advanced skills in administrative support and office management.Case Management Experience: Background in basic rehabilitation case management.Wellbeing Knowledge: Familiarity with physical and psychological wellbeing challenges in frontline service environments.If you are a skilled administrator with a commitment to employee wellbeing, we invite you to apply for this impactful role.
