Join Our Team as a Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner We are seeking an experienced Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner, dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of our people at WIN. This is a Full-Time position, with Part-Time opportunities available for the right candidate. About the Role: Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, the Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner is responsible for driving and supporting the continuous improvement of WIN's safety management system and the implementation of work health and safety initiatives across the organisation. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing expert advice to ensure compliance with WHS and injury management legislative requirements. What's involved: Maintain WIN's safety management platform (Safety Champion). Ensure legislative compliance of WIN's WHS policies and procedures. Review incident reports and initiate investigations. Conduct audits, checks, and site inspections. Action hazard and risk assessments. Support the management of injuries, workers compensation, and return to work. Advance safety culture and deliver WHS training programs. Coordinate planned WHS activities across WIN. Contribute to WIN's wellbeing and WHS strategy. Adept at planning for the future while managing day-to-day demands, you will work as part of a team and support the delivery of people projects and initiatives aligned with the wider business strategy. You'll need: Tertiary qualification in Work Health and Safety or a related discipline. Significant demonstrated experience in a similar level role. Completed SIRA accredited 'Return to Work Coordination' training or willingness to complete. Current and valid driver's license with the ability and willingness to occasionally travel interstate between worksites. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with a responsive and proactive attitude. Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
