ROLE DESCRIPTION Duties and Responsibilities include:
Managing the incident reporting and investigation process.Performing on site safety inspections, tool box talks and incident investigations.Managing an existing Training and Qualification register through the company portal.Managing and coordinating Safety Induction requirements for Staff and SubcontractorsCoordinating the Traineeship process for trainee's and liaising with our third party trainers.Maintaining records of incidents and injury, trends and total recordable injury statisticsAdministering and coordinating the ISO accreditation processConducting an annual review of all Controlled Documents.Skills and experience
Previous experience in Safety Administration and document controlStrong attention to detailExcellent time management and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Knowledge of, or experience in ISO 45001:2018 OHS Management Systems, ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems, ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems is highly desirable.Recognised WHS qualification (Diploma, Bachelor) (highly desirable)Qualifications and experience in Safety management systems, internal auditing (highly desirable)Previous experience in maintenance, construction and shutdown work as HSE Advisor.Strong understanding and working knowledge of Australian HSE legislation and industry standards.An ability to engage and develop relationships across all levels of the organization and with client stakeholders.Valid Australian Driver's Licence.Right to work in Australia.REMUNERATION This is a permanent full-time position.
Given the broad scope of the role, salary package will be negotiated based on the experience and qualifications of the candidate.
