In this role, you will manage a range of administrative tasks while engaging and overseeing contractors to ensure site safety and operational efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include providing high-level safety support services, maintaining site maintenance plans, and monitoring contractor compliance with QR policies and procedures.
You will also coordinate and supervise internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all activities meet legal, environmental, and safety obligations.
Additionally, you'll be responsible for organising meetings, managing schedules, and ensuring accurate data and report collation.
Day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include Oversee sourcing, supervision, and administration of contractors for rolling stock and site maintenance in line with compliance requirements.Manage site asset maintenance and record-keeping for equipment, plant, and vehicles.Provide inductions and guidance to visitors and contractors on lockout and safety procedures.Maintain Gracemere Depot Site Maintenance Plans to ensure compliance with standards.Monitor contractor compliance and maintenance performance, updating data management systems in EAMS.Lead and coach depot employees to ensure consistent safety practices and accurate record-keeping.Handle divisional tasks, including SAP input for payroll, invoice payments, project support, and resource coordination.Collaborate with the team to deliver efficient administrative functions and project management.Proficient in providing safety and compliance services, including managing maintenance plans, work orders, purchase orders, and equipment maintenance histories.Strong coordination and organizational skills.Advanced skills in databases and business applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SAP experience is advantageous.Effective team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Sounds great, what's next?
