About the opportunity Our close-knit Safety team is on the look for an additional team member to foster a safety culture across our sites and continue to evolve our safety system.
Reporting to the General Manager Safety Health and Sustainability APAC, this role's accountabilities include developing and conducting training packages and toolbox talks; providing feedback and coaching to site supervisors and managers; conducting safety inductions for seasonal workforce; performing audits and inspections; and supporting the GM to develop and review primary procedures and other documentation.

Ideally, you'll be based near one of our locations with consistent travel to our sites.
However, we would also consider other locations as long as you can cater to travel to various locations across the QLD Cotton network of sites (e.g.
Darling Downs, Emerald, Moura, Wee Waa).
The following skills and experience will be the key to your success: 5+ years' on-site experience in a similar position in process manufacturing, logistics or farming environment Qualification in Health & Safety (min Cert IV WHS) or equivalent Sound knowledge of QLD & NSW WHS legislation Experience with Incident investigation (using e.g.
