You will be a natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills and strong technical expertise to:Steer the development and implementation of HSEQ standards that align with compliance and due diligence requirementsUndertake audits and inspectionsWork closely with senior management to prepare reportsMotivate and educate BMD employees to champion best practice use of our systemsDevelop work method statements, project plans and inspection and test plansImplement system changes and improvements to demonstrate continuous improvement.The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:A qualification in work health and safety (minimum of Certificate IV)Knowledge of current legislation, standards and industry requirements.You may also have the following additional desirable skills:Qualifications in training and assessmentPrior experience in the construction industry.Due to the high volume of applications and enquiries, we are only able to respond to shortlisted candidates.#J-18808-Ljbffr
