The Responsibilities Creating Safety Policies: Develop rules and guidelines to keep the workplace safe. Risk Assessment: Identify potential hazards and risks on site. Training Employees: Teach staff about safety procedures and protocols. Conducting Inspections: Regularly check sites for safety compliance. Investigating Incidents: Look into accidents or near misses to prevent them from happening again. Communicating Safety Information: Keep everyone informed about safety issues and updates. Maintaining Records: Keep track of safety data, incidents, and training records. Promoting Safety Culture: Encourage a culture where safety is a top priority for all employees.
