Safety Adviser | South Side | $150ml ProjectCGC Recruitment are working with a National Tier 2 Contractor/Builder who primarily focus on Building and Civil Infrastructure upgrade within the Rail corridor. They are growing rapidly in SE QLD and have recently secured x3 Infrastructure Upgrades for key Government clients.They are targeting projects up from $5-300ml and due to this growth have identified a need for a Safety Adviser to join the business and work on a $150ml Transport Infrastructure Upgrade.The RoleAs Safety Adviser you will be the boots on the ground for the implementation of Site Safety across the project. Key responsibilities will include:Pre Starts talksToolbox talksGood communication skillsWorking in with a fast-paced team, high performer.Extensive knowledge of WHS actExperience in infrastructure projects, rail structuresPerform safety inspectionsProficient in IT (Microsoft, Excel, etc)Efficient in IT Construction Management Software - SimpelInductionsPlant onboardingCompetenciesSWMS reviewsThe role offers the right applicant a chance to work on a project which is changing the landscape of transportation in SE QLD. It is a long-term permanent role offering stability in SE QLD for the next 3 years and beyond.
