The Safety & Compliance Administrator:Oversees the acquisition of employee documentation and manages the process of obtaining ID/background checks and security clearances.Works with the Compliance Coordinator to manage skills, qualifications, license requirements, and other program resources, such as vehicles and rental equipment.Coordinates the on-boarding, induction, and off-boarding of program resources.Maintains daily updates of internal and external compliance registers and databases.Assists in implementing health, safety, and environmental enhancement programs.Creates detailed training materials and conduct sessions to improve workforce safety awareness and implementation effectiveness.Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including safety and project representatives, to foster a unified approach to safety and environmental management.Supports the documentation of policies and procedures related to health, safety, and environmental standards.The Safety & Compliance Administrator is part of the Safety and Compliance team, which requires regular task prioritisation and teamwork to stay highly engaged and focused on valuable activities.
The Safety and Compliance Team provides accurate technical support through a collaborative approach in every safety and compliance decision.
