You will showcase your ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities whilst retaining service excellence. You will proactively engage with a wide range of people including the people who Vivid supports, their families as well as key external stakeholders and community groups. You will ensure high levels of wellbeing and productivity in an engaged and motivated workforce.You are an experienced and collaborative senior leader, ideally with knowledge of or exposure to health and/or human services. You have a track record of commercial success in a complex and increasingly competitive yethighly regulated environment and you lead by example; you are highly visible and are not afraid to roll your sleeves up. Genuine and down to earth, you can relate with people from all walks of life and are motivated by your contribution to the community.
