We are seeking two (2) highly motivated Sales Specialists to join our exciting, fun, and growing Sales team. In these newly created roles, the Sales Specialist is critical in enabling MYP Technologies to positively change the lives of people, to give them back time, control, and choice. You will do this by actively contributing to the management of the sales pipeline and key prospecting activities. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will be working closely with team members to implement sales strategies and support collateral delivering solutions for our clients. Representing MYP Technologies in collaborative software demonstrations to grow our presence as the leading solutions in the community, care, and health sectors.
The Job
The Sales Specialist is a high-impact role that will bring the capability to continue to raise the bar and therefore is suited to those who have had previous experience as a Sales Specialist/Account Executive/Business Development Manager. This is a hybrid role with 2 work-from-home days and 3 days in either our Brisbane or Sydney Office.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth - Drive revenue growth in alignment with MYP's growth plan and sales strategy. Build on a great foundation and have a direct impact on the results and success of a rapidly growing business. Demonstrations - Establish strong connections with our community clients with highly engaged demonstrations. Delighting our prospective clients with an in-depth understanding of their unique challenges. Be adaptable to their ever-changing needs by applying your consultative style to deliver high-quality meaningful solutions. Conversions - Be part of accelerating growth and implement ethical, authentic, and innovative sales practices that drive stronger conversions. Leverage relationships to increase velocity through the funnel to positively impact results. Market Knowledge - Be the advocate for best practice through your deep understanding of the sector as a trusted advisor. Leverage your knowledge and understanding to support new customers in overcoming their challenges. Utilize this understanding to identify opportunities in related fields and evolving markets. Product Knowledge - Become a product expert through ongoing development. Apply your knowledge base in combination with market expertise to formulate solutions for clients in the sales process. Contribute to the evolution of our product by foreseeing trends and identifying improvement opportunities. Culture - Be an actively engaged contributor in various forums representing the sales function within the broader business. Key Skills and Requirements
Strong experience in sales, account management, or a similar role within a software development company. Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to closing. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Strong stakeholder engagement and time management skills. Maintain an up-to-date CRM and manage sales reporting. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement and client success. The Benefits
