Saas Product Manager

The Company:

With a history spanning back over a century this company are a well-known household name in the industry and looking to strengthen their product team with the key hire of a new Product Manager to oversee a specific SAAS based technology product.

The Role:

The perfect candidate for this role will have product management experience, ideally someone who is semi-technical in nature or has come from a technical background.
Wording this in an understandable way, possibly from an analyst or development background but decided you wanted something else to further and stimulate your career. You will be able to come up with solutions to problems and articulate requirements in such a way, developers can easily understand you and your mandate. You will also be able to work on creating material for strategy & documentation to the executive level.
Ideally, I am looking for someone who sits within both technical and business worlds, who is great at documentation and communication. Your ability to work with the development team, help them but at the same time keep them accountable is an important part of this role.

You will havesole responsibility for a SAAS based application that is delivered to the clients of the business.Your capability to establish and maintain messaging related product road maps to ensure products and services meet market requirements. You will own and maintain strong relationships with third party suppliers directly related to the product portfolio.
This role has very flexible working arrangements once you are on top of things with the ability to work from the office or from home as and when required.

Requirements:

3+ years Product Management experience
Understanding a preferably worked with SAAS products
Client facing skill-set and ability to represent the business.
Excellent documentation ability and able to create content for marketing purposes.

Fantastic role that is going to grow into a larger position within the business. Road map already in place to move into more senior roles and grow a larger portfolio.
