About the Job As a Change Lead at SA Water, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing change management plans across various business programs and projects. Your expertise will help identify and manage impacts and risks, ensuring that change initiatives align with our strategic priorities. You will collaborate with leaders, coach teams, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to embed sustainable change. Your efforts will support the delivery of trusted water services for a sustainable and healthy South Australia.

Your responsibilities for this opportunity Fostering trust with our people, customers and community by providing expert advice and service that ensure we effectively communicate and engage audiences with our business strategy and its delivery across South Australia, every day.
You will:
Lead and implement change management plans for transformation programs. Identify and manage impacts and risks for customers, organisation, and employees. Forecast change demand and resourcing requirements to ensure change plans can be delivered. Collaborate with leaders to embed and measure sustainable change. Coach transformation programs and influence teams to understand and implement changes. Oversee daily operations of the change program. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Your success in this role will come from: Proven change leadership in transformation programs, using methodologies like PROSCI, Lean, HCD, and Agile. Skilled in managing change, processes, systems, and business implementations. Knowledgeable in project management tools, approaches, and lifecycle phases. Deep understanding of change processes and how people adapt. Strong influencing, liaison, and negotiation skills in complex situations. Demonstrated success in delivering benefits realisation.
