In this role, you will be pivotal in leading, motivating, and developing Store Leaders across upwards of seven store locations.
The Regional Leader will utilise their exceptional leadership skills, sales acumen, and operational expertise to drive performance and achieve sales growth throughout your region.This is an 8-month maternity leave contract.What You'll be doingAs our Regional Leader you'll:Manage upwards of 7 stores with direct Store Leader reportsAct as a brand ambassador and connect all team members to the Lorna Jane philosophy and key brand focuses through focused communication and training plansDrive sales performance and exceptional customer service experiences across your regionLead by example to foster a customer first mindsetContinuously review results and drive sales and the achievement of KPIsProvide clear and effective communication aligned with the strategy focuses to your teamProvide consistent coaching and training to support any skill gaps with your Store LeadersFoster talent and strive to retain team members through effective internal professional progressionSeek and act on feedback from your direct reports to build self-awarenessContribute and work closely with the Recruitment team for successful recruitment activations and continuously network to form relationships to attract future talentEnsure stores follow through on all VM & operational processesWho We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who has:Previous retail multi-site management experience with a proven ability to lead and motivate teamsAt least three years' experience in a similar positionBusiness acumen and commercial awareness with exceptional sales abilityPassion for customer service and supporting team members to meet sales targets and KPIsAbility to analyse data to drive actionable insights and have sound critical thinking skillsAbility to manage time effectively and work independently, being a self-driven personDriver's Licence and reliable car to travel to your storesOur Commitment to youAt Lorna Jane, we're committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and included.
