The Senior Workforce Transition Consultant is responsible for implementing, coordinating, and facilitating the effective management and career transition of public sector employees affected by workplace reform.
The incumbent is accountable to the Team Leader, Workforce Transition for a high-level service to the OCPSE in providing leadership, support, and advice to public sector agencies in order to achieve a sustainable public sector workforce that is adaptable to future needs and contributes to best practice workforce planning and career development processes.
The role also supports the role of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment in advancing the principles of the Public Sector Act 2009 (SA) and promoting the observance of public sector values and principles.
