About The Role
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for talented Structural Integrity Supervisors and Coordinators to join our dynamic team on a 12-month contract starting in January 2025. In this role, you will ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of the structural assets, making a tangible impact on the success and longevity of Clients' projects. This position requires onsite work from Monday to Thursday and operates on a Drive-In, Drive-Out (DIDO) schedule.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections, write detailed scopes, and develop innovative repair methodologies. Manage project schedules and prepare comprehensive quarterly reports to keep stakeholders informed. Take charge of budgeting for structural integrity projects, ensuring all activities are cost-effective. Implement advanced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques and apply protective coatings. Oversee scaffolding and other access requirements for safety and efficiency. Prioritize, scope, and manage offsite overhauls to maintain peak performance. Develop and manage onsite and offsite fabrication projects, conducting rigorous inspections. Develop shutdown scopes to optimize critical structural repairs. Interact with the main shutdown schedule to ensure seamless execution. Requisites: Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (Boiler making / welding) Demonstrated track record in a similar role within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector Proficient in structural analysis, materials science, and non-destructive testing techniques Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities Experience in project management and the ability to work independently Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations S&W Asset Management is committed to equal employment opportunity (EEO) and as an inclusive employer, we welcome applications from everyone.
