Right now, we are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking bright and energised Project Manager to join the Minor Vessel Capability Life Cycle Management (CLCM) team, specifically working on engineering change based out of Henderson, WA.
The CLCM team look after a range of minor vessels spread across WA and QLD.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of exciting engineering changes for these classes.

The Role This is an exciting new career for an experienced Project Manager, where your high-level people management and leadership skills will see you providing management advice and service to support the Capability Life Cycle Management team.
This role will work closely with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for all Hydrograpgic and Offshore Patrol vessel engineering change aspects including liaison, coordination, and relationship management within the Hydrographic and Offshore Patrol Vessel Systems Program Office (HSPO & OPVSPO) and other associated parties.
Some key responsibilities involve.
Conduct planning & coordination of Survey and Quote engineering change requirements & resources to meet the support objectives.
Progress and status reporting to meet HSPO / OPVSPO customer and Raytheon Australia requirements.
Coordination of program Adhoc Task activities in response to customer requests.
Manage the risk, budget development, schedule, and program reporting (Estimates at Completion (EACs) and Program Management Reviews (PMRs) in accordance with Raytheon Australia approved processes.
Establishment of support requirements with support agencies (internal Raytheon Australia and external vendors).
Manage and coordinate external resources (vendors and support agencies).
Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Communication, Electrical, Electronic Engineering (or equivalent discipline), Business or Project Management, or relevant experience.
At least five (5) years prior relevant experience in a same or similar role.
Strong leadership skills, with ability to establish strong working relationships and build customer rapport to influence stakeholders for the best program outcomes.
Practical knowledge of leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within a job area.
Prior experience working at a management / team lead level within an Integrated Team project environment.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Australian Government (Defence) Security Clearance up to Negative Vetting Level 1.
