FAIR is seeking a technology-minded and innovative S/4HANA Principal Consultant- Finance, based in Sydney or Melbourne, with a passion for bringing context to SAP solutions and an ability to demonstrate how it can help transform our clients' day-to-day operations.
As an SAP S/4HANA Principal Consultant- Finance, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients leverage SAP's cutting-edge cloud technology to optimise their business processes and achieve their strategic goals.
About the role: Work closely with potential customers to assess their current systems and future requirements to propose suitable recommendations in S/4HANA.Drive/Lead the implementation of S/4HANA Finance solutions and help our customers develop their ERP roadmap.Consistently look for process, system and solution improvement.Mentor and/or manage internal technical team members during the implementation process.Work closely with our ERP practice to help drive business growth.Staying up to date with the latest developments and improvements in the SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.About you: 6 - 12 years of experience in SAP Consulting and delivery.Demonstrated experience completing S/4HANA or ECC engagements.Experience with solution design that aligns with client requirements and industry best practices, including performing SAP configuration, data migration and testing.Good functional knowledge across Finance and Controlling modules (FICO).Strong integration knowledge and experience with other modules such as SD, MM, PS, Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain solutions.FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Professional Services or Utility project experience is highly regarded.Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.Excellent consulting skills and ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.Good problem-solving skills.Good understanding and experience of the SAP Activate project delivery methodologies.Desired Skills: Previous pre-sales experience with SAP software sales is highly regarded.In-depth knowledge of multiple functional modules with experience in implementing these modules.Consultants with Public/Private Cloud Experience are an advantage.Our Culture: What's most important at FAIR?
