Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement digital strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Campaign Management: Optimize campaigns across SEM, social, display, and programmatic, leveraging data-driven insights.
Leadership: Mentor and inspire a team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Analytics & Reporting: Establish KPIs, analyze performance, and guide strategic decisions with clear reporting.
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders for cohesive campaign delivery.
Budget Oversight: Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
6+ years in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in SEM, social, and programmatic channels.
Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
Experience with large budgets in fast-paced environments.
Preferred:
eCommerce or DTC marketing experience.
Familiarity with MarTech stacks and CRM tools; certifications in Google Ads or Meta Ads.
