About the role Reporting to the Concierge Supervisor, ourConcierge are responsible for delivering exceptional, personalised customer service whilst enhancing the experience of our guests.
You will be one of the first people our guest will see and one of the last when they leave.
You will need to operate our hotel buggies safely and efficiently whilst driving our guests around the resort, have knowledge of the local area, its attractions as well as be able to lift and move luggage and trolleys.
Duties of a Concierge include: You'll ensure the lobby and public areas remain clean and presentable at all times You'll welcome guests and visitors to the Hotel, creating the ultimate guests experience from arrival through to departure You'll deliver our guests in a timely manner around the hotel resort using hotel vehicles when requested You'll assist guests to and from rooms with luggage You'll deliver guest amenities timely and efficiently You'll assist guests with bookings for local attractions, restaurant and bars Benefits & perks At EVT, we want our people to experience our businesses and be brand and experience advocates.

Skills & experience You'll have a current Drivers Licence is required to drive hotel vehicles including buggies You'll have a strong background in customer service is preferred.
You'll have outstanding written & verbal communication skills.
You'll have the ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure.
You'll be a team player, with flair for guest experience.
You'll have impeccable attention to detail.
