Our business is growing, and we're seeking a dynamic up-and-comer to join our highly successful kitchen team. Our hotel focuses on unique and innovative urban design elements and technology.
We are accepting applications for a dynamic, energetic and passionate Sous Chef. You will be responsible for operating within the food and beverage team, ensuring guest satisfaction is paramount.
The successful candidate needs to possess the following experience and skills: Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 5 years in a busy restaurant or hotel kitchen as a CDP. You have excellent customer relations, problem-solving, and time management skills. You have extensive knowledge of various kitchen sections. The ability to multi-task. You have extensive knowledge of kitchen operational procedures including ordering, stock handling, minimizing wastage, OHS requirements, and rostering. About you: You have a positive attitude and loads of initiative. You are creative. You are enthusiastic. You have a passionate work ethic, as if you were the owner of the place.
