Rydges Sydney Airport is a 4.5-star, 318 room hotel located at Sydney International Airport. Our hotel is just 20 minutes from the Sydney CBD, and 181 steps to the International Airport, with easy access to the Domestic Airport. We are recognized as the most booked hotel in Australia, having recently completed a refurbishment of our Ascot Restaurant and Smithy's Bar, offering 24-hour in-room dining for our leisure and business travelers, with 9 conference spaces, a rooftop bar Cloud 9, lobby shop, and gym.
Rydges Sydney Airport is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Guest Services All Rounder to join our dynamic and professional front office team.
The successful candidate needs to: Have a passion for hotels and their guests. Think outside the box and enjoy problem-solving. Have been exposed to other hotel departments. Engage in current or previous relevant studies associated with the Hospitality and Tourism industry. Have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Skills and Experience: Have a background in Front Office operations or prior hotel experience. Experience with Opera PMS will be highly regarded. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. You love working in a fast-paced environment. Provide quality service to our guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. *Only short-listed candidates will be notified.
