About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our team in a Front Office as a casual Guest Service Agent .
As the ideal candidate, you'll have a robust background in a similar environment, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Skills and Experience:
Guest Interaction: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs.
Express genuine appreciation when bidding guests farewell.
Communication: Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of service under pressure.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and enhanced guest satisfaction.
Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor and presentation at all times, including impeccable grooming standards.
Phone Etiquette: Answer telephones with appropriate etiquette, providing clear and helpful information.
Attention to Detail: Display strong attention to detail, especially when handling guest requests and performing tasks.
Opera PMS Experience: Experience with Opera Property Management System (PMS) is highly regarded.
Flexibility: Available to work a flexible schedule across seven days a week, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Valid Driver's License: A current New South Wales driver's license is required.
Legal Right to Work: Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia, as sponsorship is not available.
Police Check: All successful candidates must be willing to undergo a National Police Check.
A strong sense of professionalism and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Team-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
