About the role We are seeking applications from a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to take on a Casual role of Guest Service Agent within our Front Office team.
The Front Office Guest Service Agent will be responsible for engaging with the guests from the first point of contact through to their departure. A range of duties includes, but is not limited to, interacting with guests, anticipating and attending to guests' needs, checking guests in/out, providing local knowledge & directions, managing hotel reservations, and being actively involved in every service department of the hotel, including Food & Beverage, while providing a level of service quality that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of our guests.
