Hours - 25 to 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with flexibility to work a 6 hour day anytime between 8.30 am to 5.00 pm)

Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable and Receivable, including processing client payments. Checking Budgets Reconciliations Monthly BAS Payroll General administration duties, maintaining records, collating and lodging for Permits, Energex connections Undertaking other duties as directed Skills Required High attention to detail Self-management and time management skills Ability to adapt Previously worked in the Construction sector is desired, but not essential Minimum of 4 years experience with Xero accounting software Proficient in Office 365 and Excel Payroll experience is an advantage Have a mature attitude to work Ability to learn new systems Ability to work as part of a team How do your skills match this job?
