Period of Appointment 6 months.
Hours per fortnight 73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Duties Collaborate to design learning artifacts and resources.
Deliver instructor-led training to support new RWVP system adoption.
Collaborate with program change lead, SME's, technical team, business analysts and system vendor to develop and deliver effective training.
Conduct training needs analyses and adapt content for non-technical audiences.
Document requirements for the design and delivery of training programs for user groups.
Work with stakeholders to implement and reinforce sustainable business changes.
Support the delivery of RWVP-E system training, education and awareness activities within the department, across other agencies, and externally as required.
Integrate training activities into RWVP-E change management plans, assist to evaluate user readiness, gather success metrics, and monitor system uptake.
Essential Requirements A Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People.
Desirable Requirements Graphic design skills.
Creating online learning videos and video editing skills.
Working knowledge of Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People legislation.
