Talk to us about how this could work for you.Period of Appointment6 months.Hours per fortnight73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.DutiesCoordinate the test planning, test estimation, test status reporting, defect reporting, system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing for each system.Prepare test plans and test cases for the system.Populate the test case management application with comprehensive tests that can be carried out by staff to ensure user acceptance testing and regression testing has covered all functionality.Ensure that adequate testing is carried out for the system.Ensure that testing is as rigorous as possible within the capability of available resources.Participate in systems tests, facilitate and support user acceptance testing, and manage reporting on test issues for each system.The incumbent can expect to be allocated duties not specifically mentioned in this document, that are within the capacity, qualifications, and experience normally expected from persons occupying positions at this classification level.A current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People.Pre-employment ChecksThe Head of State Service has determined that the person nominated for this vacancy is to satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment, promotion, or transfer.The following checks are to be conducted:Arson and fire settingViolent crimes and crimes against the personSex-related offencesDrug and alcohol-related offencesCrimes involving dishonestyCrimes involving deceptionMaking false declarationsMalicious damage and destruction to propertySerious traffic offencesCrimes against public order or relating to the Administration of Law and JusticeCrimes against Executive or the Legislative PowerCrimes involving Conspiracy2.
