Who we are We are seeking a collaborative and results-driven RVP, Sales to spearhead our Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales teams in Australia.
This individual will develop and execute effective sales strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build a culture of accountability and excellence.
As RVP, Sales, you will lead the charge in transitioning to a multi-product platform while ensuring the team consistently delivers high performance, playing a key role in accelerating Attentive's growth.
Why Attentive needs youMotivate and manage a team of sellers to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goalsIdentify new opportunities and develop go-to-market plans to capture those opportunitiesDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, market trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions in the marketHelp us evolve our winning single-product motion around SMS to a strong multi-product motion inclusive of SMS, Email, and new AI productsDevelop and strengthen executive-level connections with our strategic clientsPartner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and support for sales initiativesPartner closely with sales leadership to establish and maintain effective forecasting and pipeline management processesBuild a strong team by providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to ensure optimal performanceSet clear, measurable expectations and hold the team accountableAbout you8-10 years of B2B enterprise SaaS experience, with at least 3-4 years of sales management experienceStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makersProven leader and motivator, with deep experience building and leading sales organizationsExperience in building/ leading a multi-product sales motion is a plusProven ability to establish scalable processes for setting expectations and ensuring team accountabilityDemonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and objectivesExcellent operational and analytical abilitiesExcellent and structured verbal and written communicationAttentive Company Values Default to Action - Move swiftly and with purpose
